Welcome to the COS Help Center

In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

  • Users must log into the Help Desk system in order to: 1) create/view tickets, or 2) view the Knowledgebase FAQs.
  • In order to login in to the help desk, one must have a registered help desk account (not the same as a regular COS account). If you have a COS account and a Role, and you are logged into that COS account, then you can see various instructions by clicking here.
